That's on top of an existing 2015 lawsuit alleging that his farm sold defective pistachio trees. Specifically, Turner says that Duarte Trees and Vines — a tree nursery located in California's Central Valley — agreed to sell him 1,860 "8A Lisbon lemon trees," but sold him seedless lemon trees instead.
